《团队协作的五大障碍》
周末很快速的读完两本很薄的书。
一本是《团队协作的五大障碍》，另一本是《如何打造你的独特观点》。都很应景。
近期团队管理出现了很大的问题，或者说这些问题其实一直都存在，只是我们都避而不谈，以为问题自己就会过去，这种掩耳盗铃的想法的确很幼稚。
在看这两本书之前，我就觉得目前的项目团队过于和谐，并且是一种低效率低质量的假和谐，我也一直在利用各种机会去“制造”一些争论，但是无法说服自己这样做就是对的。
现在看起来，殊途同归，这两本书不约而同的提到了，要在团队内引起一些矛盾，因为没有矛盾很争论，表面上看起来和和睦，但是实际上目标未必一致，甚至是抵触，而且如果没有争论就没有必要再去协作或者开会了，浪费时间。
《团队协作的五大障碍》提到的内容包括：
第一大障碍：缺乏信任
第二大障碍：惧怕冲突
第三大障碍：欠缺投入
第四大障碍：逃避责任
第五大障碍：无视结果
血淋淋的教训，因为缺乏信任，所以惧怕冲突，因为惧怕冲突，所以欠缺投入，因为欠缺投入，所以逃避责任，最终导致无视结果。
这完全就是现在团队中出现的问题，完美的总结体现出来了。
