谈谈人性
谈谈人性，话题很大。
这段时间有两件热议的事情，让我对人性，尤其是中国人的劣根性有了进一步的认识。
一件是上半年的动物园老虎伤人；另一件事前几天的著名喜剧演员痛打狗仔女记者。
两件事情舆论和民意都是一边倒的指责被害方，原因都是自己作死。
前者是自己作死不守规矩，结果一死一伤；后者是狗仔很讨厌，搞的名人没有隐私，结果被狠踹了几脚。
后者发生之后，一位从央视离职的著名反基因主持人表示：打的好，往死里打。吓的我吸了一口凉气，这哪里是那个儒雅的知性主持人，怎么如此的暴力，吃像难看。
反观民意，在事情发生后，一边倒的站在所谓的道德制高点上再踩上几脚，恨不能亲自参与一番。
在老虎伤人的事情后，我在跟帖里面也说了自己的看法：生活和现实已经给了当事人巨大的打击，为什么我们就不能再给她以及她的家庭一些温暖，为什么都是一种痛打落水狗的态度，即便她错了，都已经用生命的代价来补偿了，为什么我们不能用一种宽容的心态来对待，非要置其于之死地。一位网友回应我说：因为她的家庭还在狮子大开口的要求补偿。这是理由吗？她要补偿就去要好了，我们哪怕带着一种可怜，怜悯的心态来看待这种人，也比口诛笔伐来的好吧。况且换做是你，你就不会要补偿吗？一个未成年人骑偷来的单车出事后，家长也是去要求补偿，这本来就是劣根性，一定要找人分担责任，有什么好奇怪的。
打狗仔这件事，我用狗仔这个不文明的词语是因为不敢用记着，因为网友说她不配记者这个称号，即便你我都不知道她是否真的有记者证，配不配这个职位也不是你我喜好来决定的。
一个酒醉的成功男人，对一个无力反抗的女人动手，动脚，这无论有何种理由都无法支持我站在他这边，网民一边倒的反对跟拍的狗仔，说是没有隐私，私生活被打扰，好像这些人何时被偷拍过一样，感同身受一般，不客气的说，你们还没这个资格被跟拍。又凭什么用民意来抢劫法律，法律规定了何种情况下就应该使用暴力吗？偷拍如果犯法理应由法律制裁，平民没有这个资格替代法律执行，以暴制暴好像有种快感，真是众多小人物的悲哀。
最近在读蒋勋的《孤独六讲》，有个观点让我反思。孟子说：人之初性本善。荀子说：性本恶。蒋勋的观点无疑是支持荀子的，论据就是如果人性本身还需要那么多法律规则来约束吗？对此，我倒是认为，人之初性无善恶，完全是后天环境造成的。
骨子里，每个人都有暴力冲动，这个是从基因里面带来的，青年时无法发泄，于是有了古惑仔和黑帮文化；年纪再老一点，就是在网上发起的众口铄金事件，美其名曰：言论自由。在我看来：中国人什么都可以有，就是不能有言论自由。因为大多人都是些没脑子，人云亦云的动物，这些动物有了言论自由是多么可怕的一件事情。
